Filling in a bit (13,346)

Added a bit of padding to the existing chapters. In looking through 'Get Shorty', I noticed the prose was a bit denser and, as I suspected, more rich with narrative detail. I had gotten so wound up spewing dialog, that I had left out descriptions of things that needed to be described. Time to put NaNoWriMo and myself to bed.
