Chapter one 'done' (1669)

I thought I was done with chapter one earlier. May it please the court of NaNoWriMo that I did not allow my inner editor go back and edit (much). Upon reflection, I could tell that I was very shy of word count for a single chapter, so I went back and added a bunch of dialog. I think this helped the readability, using dialog and storytelling to replace some exposition. Plus it helped me introduce a couple of characters and round out some others. Not to mention that I added 700 words. This is a very interesting process. I'm having fun, now.
